Website privacy policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains how NetIT handles personal data collected through the janustb.com website. It does not cover the JanusTB application, which has its own privacy policy and data processing agreement.
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is NetIT, SIREN 103 097 010, 32 Rue de Paris, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt, France. For any question about your data, write to contact@janustb.com.
2. What we collect and why
Contact and demo requests: when you use our contact form, we collect your name, work email, company, and optionally your job title, company size, topic of interest and message. We use them only to answer your request and, if you wish, to organise a demo or a design partnership. Legal basis: the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
Security and operation of the website: our host processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the website and protect it against abuse. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a request comes from a human without using cookies. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.
Audience measurement: we may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which produces aggregated visit statistics without cookies and without tracking you across websites. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used.
3. How long we keep it
Contact requests are kept for three years from our last contact with you, then deleted. Technical logs are kept by our host for the short periods needed for security.
4. Who receives it
Your data is used only by the JanusTB team. It is never sold. We rely on the following service providers:
Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting, security, Turnstile and analytics) and Resend (delivery of contact form messages to our mailbox). These providers may process data outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. Such transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, as applicable.
5. Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, so we do not display a cookie banner. If this changes, we will ask for your consent first.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, ask us to restrict it, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Write to contact@janustb.com; we reply within one month.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
